Five Days MCA Induction Program at St. Wilfred’s College of Computer Sciences, held from 21st
to 26th September 2024, was designed to prepare students for both academic and corporate
success.Day one featured a motivational session by Mr. Pinanshu Champaneri, Motivational
Speaker,Human Resource Expert and Image Consultant.
The program featured a range of insightful sessions, including Big Data Analytics by Prof. (Dr.)
Shubhi Lall Agrawal, Director & Professor,SWCCS. An Introduction to Programming Languages
by Ms. Sathiyabama, Assistant Professor,SWCCS. The program also included a session on
transitioning from ‘Campus to Corporate,’ conducted by Ms. Firoza Mirza, Assistant Professor at
SWCCS.Ms. Amna Shipra,Assistant Professor,SWCCS led an engaging session on Ethical
Hacking, highlighting Cyber Security essentials.
Students participated in interactive activities such as Ice-breaking sessions, Quizzes,
Management Games, and the “Crack the Quiz” competition. The program emphasized critical
skills like Technical Expertise, Professional Communication, Time Management, and Cyber
Security Awareness, fostering a well-rounded learning experience for MCA students.
Five Days MCA Induction Program at St. Wilfred’s College of Computer Sciences, from 2nd to
6th September 2023, was organized by Dr. Sadhana Ojha, Assistant Professor, SWCCS. Ms.
Neha Lodhe, Assistant Professor, SWCCS and Ms. Firoza Mirza, Assistant Professor, SWCCS.
The program began with an Introduction to the MCA curriculum and its objectives, setting the
foundation for the students’ learning journey. Placement opportunities and career guidance were
discussed in depth by the Placement Cell and Alumni, offering valuable insights into future
prospects. A lively ‘Talent Hunt Show’ encouraged students to showcase their skills, fostering
confidence and camaraderie.
The team from Morgan Stanley led a Cyber Security Awareness Session, underscoring the
importance of Data Protection in the recent digital age. The program concluded with an engaging
Quiz Competition, bridging the gap between core IT skills & and upcoming new technologies. This
induction program provided students with technical insights, exposure to corporate culture, and a
vibrant community experience, laying the groundwork for a successful MCA journey
