IJSHODH Submission Guidelines
Carefully review each item listed below before submitting your article. Article submissions that do not follow the guidelines below will be immediately rejected.
1. Manuscript Format
Manuscript should be prepared in a double column, single-spaced format using a required IEEE Access template. A Word is required upon submission.
2. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
The use of artificial intelligence (AI)–generated text in an article shall be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any paper submitted to an IEEE Conference or Periodical. The sections of the paper that use AI-generated text shall have a citation to the AI system used to generate the text.
3. ORCID ID Requirement
The submitting author is required to have an ORCID ID associated with their account. For more information on ORCID, click here.
4. Grammar Review
The article should be thoroughly reviewed for proper grammar before being submitted. Articles with poor grammar will be immediately rejected.
5. References
All research works should be carefully referenced. Do not include references that are irrelevant to your work.
6. Simultaneous Submission
Do not submit your article elsewhere at the same time.
7. Supplementary Material
Supplementary material like backend data for review (if any) can be asked for.
8. Keywords
Manuscript keywords (minimum of 3 and maximum of 10).
9. Page Count
IJSHODH strongly recommend keeping the page count under 8 pages for ease of readability.
